ISO: Kolacky Cookies (using ice cream instead of butter)

In the 70's I got a Kolacky cookie recipe from a lovely Polish lady. It was made with vanilla ice cream instead of butter. Have since lost the recipe. If anyone has the recipe would you please share it.
