ISO: Kraft Cream Cheese Cookies - 3 ways

I've lost my recipe. It was in a Kraft mag. Cream cheese cookie dough recipe three ways. You could divide half of the dough and add melted chocolate. Layer doughs on top of each other. Turn into log. Chill then slice into cookies. I don't remember the other two recipes you could use this dough for . But it was great. Had one box cream cheese, butter flour vanilla. Don't remember rest.
