Recipe: Mixed Greens with Horseradish Dressing

Salads - Assorted
MIXED GREENS WITH HORSERADISH DRESSING

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
12 cups mixed salad greens, loosely packed

In a pint jar with a lid, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, green onions, horseradish, salt and pepper. Secure lid tightly on jar; shake until ingredients are well blended. Set aside.

Place greens in a large bowl; pour salad dressing over all; toss; serve immediately.

Servings: 6
