ISO: Lobster Tail Pastry Filling

Misc.

The Lobster Tails I remember having when I lived in NY had a fluffier filling. I was told it was either bavarian cream or cannoli cream mixed with whipped cream. Has anyone ever had this type of Sfogliatella and does anyone know what type of cream this would be and the recipe for it?
