ISO: Longhorn Tequila Chicken

Misc.
Longhorn Steakhouse had (and removed from our menu) a plate called Texas Tequila Chicken and it was to diiiiie for. I miss it so much. I just wanted to try and see if anyone knows how to make the tequila sauce that went over the chicken--dark brown, delicious?

Thanks,
Tiffany
