ISO: looking for a quick recipe bread or cakes using cardamon spice

hi
i am looking for any baking recipe using the spice
cardamon. don't have any recipes that call for
this spice. i was visiting the state of penn.
the amish country and found it in a market there.
any help would be greatful.
