ISO: Looking for canning recipe for roasted green chilies.

Misc.
Hi,
I'm new to pickeling/canning. My MIL showed me how to make pickles this weekend and I had so much fun I want to try other things. I would love to can roasted green chiles. Also looking for mango and cherry canning recipes.
Thank you in advance.
