ISO: Looking for hand dip chocholate advice

I want to bring back the art of hand dipped chocholate. I am 28 years old and need some good advice and recipes on any and all chocholate dipping. I have a great idea that without this information it may never see the light of day. If you or ANYONE you know has this experience, Please contact me. Thank you.
