This really isn't a vinaigrette, but perhaps it's what you are looking for?

OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE HONEY MUSTARD SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup prepared salad mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Blend all together until completely until smooth.

Makes 1 1/4 cups of salad dressing
