ISO: Looking for recipe for some rice I ate in Italy

Misc.
I just got back from Italy a few weeks ago and I cannot stop thinking about some rice I ate there. At every little gas station/deli/ready made food place i would eat this rice bowl that had all kinds of things in it. Usually it had shrimp, tomato, arugula, olives, a sausage-type thing and some kind of bean that looked like a large lima bean, along with other ingredients. If anyoen has a basic recipe for this that would be greatly appreciated!
