ISO: Looking for Soft Ginger Cookies with Icing

Hello! I am looking for a recipe for old fashioned soft ginger cookies with vanilla icing. These cookies are very gingery. They may have a little molasses in them, but not much, as they are light colored. They aren't the typical ginger (spice) cookies, and don't taste like they have other spices in them. Can anyone help with this?
