BENIHANA MAGIC MUSTARD SAUCE
3 tbsp powdered mustard
2 tbsp hot water
1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 Garlic clove
In a small bowl, blend mustard and 2 tbsp hot water into a paste.
Pour paste into blender container; add remaining ingredients and process about 1 minute or until smooth.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Use as a dipping sauce for chicken or steak, or as a dressing for bean or alfalfa sprout salad.
