ISO: Lowfat/Healthy Camp Food

Misc.

HELP! Our family camps alot and I'm getting panicked about all the high fat
and calorie foods we've been eating lately. With Memorial Day just around the
corner, does anyone have some good low calorie/healthy ideas for camp outs? If
I see one more Brat on the grill I'm going to scream, plus forget about a
swimming suit this summer. Dena in Oregon
