ISO: Luby's blackened tilapia zydeco

Does anyone have the recipe for Luby's blackened tilapia zydeco. My mom has me looking all over the place for this recipe & I can't seem to find it. I found the recipe for the tilapia but can't find the recipe for the sauce. I would appreciate & thank you for your help.
