ISO: Macaroni and Cheese (from Great American Home Baking cards)

The book was published around 1993, I think. The macaroni was baked. And all I can remember is that there was grated onion and ground mustard in the recipe. I lost the card in the 90s...or maybe loaned and and never got it back. It's my all time favorite Mac and Cheese recipe.
