ISO: Maccaroni Grill's Peasant Bread

I'm looking for a recipe for the new bread at Maccaroni Grill. The outside is crunchy & the inside is fluffy and incredibly declicious white bread. It has a salted & oiled crust. It comes in medium sized single round (well....sort of) loaves. Can anyone help? This bread is so good I can never finish my dinner!
