ISO: Madestruedel.. Matestruedel... spelling?
Misc.My grandmother used to make madestruedel... which involved cottage cheese, WHICH IS A SUBSTITUTE IN USA, when I was a child, and the recipe seems to be lost, and I do not know exactly how to spell it nor look it up. I know it involved some dough of some sort, then rolled out, cut into squares, cottage cheese put in the middle, then pinch the ends together into a basic triangle, then boil in a huge tub of water. This is important to me if anyone can help. Thank you so much in advance. Brian
