ISO: Make Ahead Chicken on the BBQ

Misc.
I am having a BBQ for 10 people and I am not a confident cook or barbequer. Can I cook a lemon chicken breast recipe the night before, wrap in foil then reheat it on the BBQ. That way I know it will be cooked. Can I do chicken and potatoes and borcoli this way? I can't seem to get everything ready at the same time. Thanks.
