ISO: maple cream sauce

looking for a receipe for maple cream sauce. this has been used on top pretzel chicken and then dried cherries are added to top of chicken and sauce. each chicken breast probably only has a couple of tbls. of the sauce. appreciate your help.....
restaurant where we were served this is out of business and we miss this dish...
