ISO: Marlene Sorosky's shish marinade

Misc.
Hi - I lost my recipe for the shish-kabobs in Marlene Sorosky's Cookery for Entertaining book today :( It is the book with the watermelon shaped like a whale with fruit salad in it on the cover.

On page 101 or 102, there was a great recipe for shish ka bob, including the maridade. If anyone has this, could you please share with me? I lost it at the store today and it is fantastic - red wine, oil, low sodium soy sauce and ??? spices in amounts I have forgotten. Thank you!
