ISO: Mccalls cooking school dessert - yeast dough with walnut and cinnamon filling
Misc.This is a brioche type yeast bread dough rolled up like a jellyroll with a filling of sugar, chopped walnuts and cinnamon. It appeared in Mccalls magazine many years ago, and made two cakes. They were very rich and wonderful. I would be very happy to find this one again.
