ISO: Meatloaf (rolled with cheese filling)

Misc.
I'm looking for a meatloaf recipe. I used to make it years ago but I can't find the recipe anymore. I rolled out the burger and topped it with some combination of chopped green pepper, shredded cheese and rice and rolled it up. Sound familiar to anyone? Thanks
