Recipe: Spaghetti Stuffing (for turkey)

Side Dishes - Stuffings, Dressings
SPAGHETTI STUFFING

"I really had to bug my mother to get this one. There are no amounts for the ingredients, but it's like a normal stuffing recipe, just with spaghetti instead of bread crumbs. It comes out great."

Saute in butter or margarine:
chopped onion
chopped celery
diced green pepper
fresh or dried parsley flakes

After these have sauteed a bit, add:
sliced mushrooms

Saute until lightly brown and add to cooked spaghetti. Continue to heat until vegetables have blended with cooked spaghetti (about 20 minutes).

Turkey can be stuffed with recipe, and whatever is left over can be put in a casserole dish.
