ISO: melting pot recipe for cooking meats

Misc.
I have recently received a fondue set from my parents because I talk about the Melting Pot so much. I am not sure of the exact name but it is the broth??? that came with all the meats. It had some sort of wine and it was a dark color, but it was soooo good and I would like to make it for my husband and friends who are also big fans of that particular broth. Thank you so much.
