ISO: Mexican Cookies

This Mexican Cookie was made by Chef Jim Coleman on the TV show "Flavors of American". It contained brown sugar, white sugar, and pecans. I'm not sure of the rest of the ingredients or the prep time. I'm looking this up for an elderly lady that watched the show and doesn't have a computer.
