SAVORY CROCKPOT STEW
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into pieces
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 ounces beef stock
3 potatoes, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 bay leaf
Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker. Stir in other ingredients and mix well.
Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to 12 hours.
Remove garlic clove and bay leaf before serving.
Servings: 4
