ISO: Mexican turkey

Misc.
My daughter is having Mexican food
(enchiladas, tamales)for Christmas
dinner. I just have to have the
traditional turkey, but would like
it to be "Mexican". Does anyone have
suggestions?

Thanks,
Pamela
