ISO: Mimi's Cafe French Dressing

We had a meal at Mimi's Cafe the other day, and I asked for French Dressing on my salad. Their French dressing seemed "sweet 'n sour" slightly on the vinegary side---very delicious! It wasn't a thick red creamy concoction, more like vinegarette. It wasn't in the Copycat recipes....would anyone have a recipe similar to that?
