ISO: Mimi's Resteraunt Carrot Walnut Bread

My family and I ate at Mimi's Resteraunt for the first time yesterday. They serve you two types of bread. Their carrot walnut bread was wonderful. There are so many different recipes for this bread online, does anyone know which one they use at Mimi's?
