ISO: Mizithra Cheese a la Homer spaghetti

THIS RECIPE IS MY FAVORITE AT THE SPAGHETTI FACTORY......it is spaghetti with butter and grated cheese on it...i presume it is Mizithra cheese but am not sure. If so is this cheese readily available ???? and where ????
