Recipe(tried): Chicken Tetrazzini (using cooked chicken, baked)

CHICKEN TETRAZZINI

7 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken into small pieces
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half-and-half
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti pieces till just tender; drain.

Heat butter in 3-quart saucepan until melted. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and half-and-half. Heat to boiling; stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute.

Stir in cooked spaghetti, chicken, and mushrooms. Pour into ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree F oven until top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
