Recipe: Mushroom Oatmeal Patties (using onion soup mix)

Main Dishes - Meatless
MUSHROOM OATMEAL PATTIES

"Makes great burgers or you can make a mushroom gravy to top."

1 medium potato, grated - peel and all
3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked)
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup
1 egg, beaten

Combine all the ingredients let set for 5 minutes.

Shape into patties and fry.
