ISO: Molcajete

Misc.
I am looking for Azteca restaurant's recipe for Molcajete, described on their menu as a Mexican stew. I find it more like a thick spicy, very flavorful tomato based soup. There is chicken and or beef strips, onion and mushrooms in it.
