ISO: Monkey Bread using FROZEN biscuits

Has anyone ever used frozen biscuit dough to make monkey bread? The only recipes I see using frozen dough are for frozen bread dough. Since it needs to rise and biscuits, don't, I wasn't sure exactly what to do. Should I thaw them completelly, leave them partially frozen? I see no way around partially unfreezing them, as they would need to be quartered. Any suggestions for a homebound Mommy trying to make something fun?? Thanks in advance!(I have a bag of Mary B's Tea biscuits, in case that matters, lol!)
