ISO: Naturally Fresh Honey Mustard and Champp's Americana Balsamic Vinagrette Dressin

Misc.
These are my 2 favorite dressings of all time and I would love to be able to duplicate them. I haven't been to an Champp's Americana restaurant since I worked at one about 7 years ago, but I remember they made a salad with chicken breast and a balsamic vinagrette that was out of this world. The Naturally Fresh Honey Mustard is what Applebee's Restaruant uses and it works on EVERYTHING...from meat to potatoes. It's very expensive, however, and in my area it's also very hard to find. Any help on these would be a true blessing!!!
