ISO: need a soft pineapple punch for wedding

I need a recipe for a pineapple punch that has a soft pineapple taste. Our wedding cake will have a pineapple filling so something that will compliment it well. Serving approximately 75 people. Can make in small batches. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
