Recipe(tried): Mock Champagne Punch

This recipe calls for apple juice but I have used orange juice so I don't think it really matters what kind of juice you use. Try it first to make sure you like the taste.

Mock Champagne Punch

Equal parts juice and clear soda (Sprite, 7-Up, Ginger Ale, etc.)
Food coloring of your choice

Put fruit juice in punch bowl, add food coloring and stir. Pour in soda. Add crushed ice or an ice ring. Serve
