ISO: Need Blue Rivvon recipes ASAP!

Misc.

Hi! I'm entering a State Fair cooking contest next week,
(Wed. 8/18). The division is "Fat-Free Cooking". There are
4 classes:
Appetizers, Salads, Entrees, and Desserts
They will be judged by:
A former mayor, a Cardiologist, a Dietitian, two Dean Ornish
participants, and a representative from the newspaper.
They are judged on Taste and Appearance.
If anyone has any outstanding recipes in any of these classes,
please let me know right away, so I can try them out and have
the ingredients necessary on hand.
Thanks in advance!
