ISO: Need help with a Lobster Dinner Menu

I am fixing an anniversary dinner for my daughter and son-in-law on May 8. I am fixing Lobster Tail. I usually serve new red potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise sauce BUT my daughter is not eating carbs and my son-in-law hates asparagus. Any suggestions?
