SUNSHINE SALAD

Serves 6
2 lbs. carrots, peeled and grated
1 cup raisins
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Peel carrots, grate them, put them in a big bowl. Add all other igredients and mix well. Chill.
