ISO: Need ideas for golf tournament luncheon

Misc.
Hi I am in charge of a golf tournament luncheon on July 8th 2004. My husband sponsors the tournament for ladies day and I provide the lunch for about 40 women. They dont like to heavy of a lunch but something to satisfy them with golfing all day.

I would like a main dish, maybe a salad, drink and a dessert. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
