Roxie -- Here is a recipe that has been posted here on Recipe Link many times. It is soooo yummy. This can be served in pastry shells or scooped out cherry tomatoes or used as a sandwich filling. It is sinfully rich. Verla originally posted this recipe and it is excellent! This would be yummy served with a fresh fruit platter.
