ISO: Need Party Ideas for 99 year old grandmother

I'd like to have a sit down dinner for my grandmother's 99th birthday .Need dinner menu ideas,most in the family don't eat pork,grandmother doesn't eat beef,the party is in January so too close to holiday to have turkey again.No shellfish Any ideas?
