ISO: Need recipe for halushki and ingredients for 250 people

I am getting married in two weeks and would really like to have halushki at my wedding reception, however, I can't seem to find anyone who can tell me how much of everything I would need to prepare it. I am preparing everything myself (couldn't afford a caterer) and am running out of time. Can someone please help me?
