ISO: Needed: Sweet Potato/apple cassarole

Hi!! I am looking for anyone out there who knows of a sweet potato and apple cassarole recipe that you could share with us!
A PBS show a year ago contained such a recipe that since has been thrown away by mistake....and I would love to retreive!
