ISO: Needing recipes for Potluck Suppers?

I am from a very small community in Texas we have alot of Potluck Suppers and Salad Suppers for fund raisers for local charities and for a place where the community can come together and share good food and fellowship. I am looking for some new recipes to try. I love to bake but am also looking for casserole dishes, salads, vegetable recipes or anything for dessert.
I would appreciate any that someone would like to share. Thanks, Becky
