Recipe(tried): Broccoli Salad (using Miracle Whip dressing)

Salads - Vegetables
Becky, I got this recipe from a friend after eating it at a potluck. It is very good & everyone seems to like it.

BROCCOLI SALAD

1 bunch fressh broccoli, chopped in small pieces
8 ounces cheddar cheese, finely julienned
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Mix all of above ingredients together and add the following dressing:
1/2 cup Miracle whip
3 to 4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix well. Let sit in fridge a couple hours or overnight before serving. It even tastes better the next day.
