ISO: Officers stew from Great American Recipes Cards

I'm looking for a receipe from the Great American Recipe Card called Officers Stew I lent out my card and never got it back and now I want ot make the stew and lost I know one of the ingredients was dejon muster and red wine but cant remember the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated
