I got my Oster Mixer (Regency) around 1981 or 1982.
Here's the recipe I have for Old Fashioned Banana Bread, pg.39
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
3 ripe bananas (sliced)
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Assemble mixer. Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix on # 3 until completely combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
