ISO: One More Request- Any ideas for picnics anyone?

Misc.
We have been going to the park several times a week and find ourselves always getting hungry and running to town for take out. I would love to stop this terrible trend by taking some food with us. Meal ideas or snack ideas greatly appreciated!! It isn't too far from home so refridgerated items would be o.k. No way to heat things there though. Also I have a picky husband so it needs to be free of cheese, mayo, broccoli, califlower and mushrooms. THANKS!!!
